Delivery Information


AMALA will proceed your order after receiving your payment. AMALA does not arrange any product shipping on Saturday or Sunday. AMALA does not send order to PO BOX address. Tracking number series will be available on your order status and you will be informed via email. You can track down your order shipping status on Support and Tracking page.


Normally, shipping process will take three days. AMALA will send you a notification via email, SMS or phone call when the production process is done and the product is ready to be shipped (once the product is ready). AMALA is not responsible of any shipping delay if you do not provide any information about your wedding date.


AMALA guarantee your order shipping’s safety. To guarantee that you receive your product, AMALA has a policy where every order and product receipt should be completed with your signature. Do not open your package if safety seal has been damaged.


AMALA can also send your order to another address you arranged in advance. Arrange the shipping address on your MY AMALA page. If you choose credit card as your payment method for order above 1.000.000 IDR, it will be sent to another address, as you desired (besides your billing address). The credit card issuer (bank) should have that address for good reason. To speed up shipping process, please kindly contact your bank (credit card issuer) to inform about this (another shipping address).

To avoid any form of fraud through credit card, kindly show your ID card and credit card that you used during purchasing process when receiving the product.
